In this problem every 3 inches represent 5 feets, so if in the blueprint the wall is 21 inches then we can made a rule of 3 so:

[tex]\begin{gathered} 3\to5 \\ 21\to x \end{gathered}[/tex]

so the equation will be:

[tex]x=\frac{21\cdot5}{3}=35[/tex]

So the wall is 35 feets
