if you take the top number and divide it by the bottom number and you see the same number repeating over and over then that is a repeating decimal.
Example: 2/3 = 0.66666666666...
the 6 repeats so it is a repeating number.
- 2/3 =- 0.66666666666666.........

-3/5 = -0.6

- 3/10 = 0.3

11/20 = 0.55

Your answer would be the first one because the number can keep going...it repeats...the other ones terminate.

hope this helps :)
