2: Finances and accountability: that resources are available for the job to be taken over and that it is supported as an integral part of an economy.
3: Stereotyping: the amount of individual variation available within the career and study.
4: Accessibilty: that one has access to the education needs and training to qualify for the position to fulfil the role.
