FDR's goals for the end of war were the following:

-Every person should have freedom of speech and expression
-Every person should be free from want
-Every person should be free from fear.

Roosevelt advocated liberal democracy for which america fought and gave Principles such as right to follow any religion, freedom of speech,capitalism etc.

Franklin D. Roosevelt he was the 32nd president of united states and served  from march 1933 to April 1945. He was elected as president for 4 times out of which two of his tenure was under world war II.

In Jan 1941 addressed the world and gave four individual freedoms speech which consist of: Freedom to give speech, freedom to follow religion, freedom from want, and freedom from any kind of fear.

Hence Roosevelt gave 4 freedom principles also known as FDR's goals i.e. freedom to speech, religion, want and fear .
