 Lady Macduff's son say liars and swearers are fools because in the story he  mentions that since there are more of swearers and liars than honest people, they should get together and hang the honest folks. Moreover, he thinks that it would not be sensible to leave themselves in jeopardy when they are already able to overcome the honest people.

He implies that because there are more of them as compared to the honest people, they should get together and hang the honest folks. They are foolish to leave themselves in Jeopardy when they could overcome the honest people.

The given lines are taken by Macbeth which is an tragedy play by William Shakespeare. This play dramatizes the damaging physical and psychological effects of the political ambition of the people who wish to seek the power for their own sake. In this scene, the boy asks his mother the definition of a traitor to which his mother answers that a traitor is a person who swears that he is telling the truth but he actually is not doing so and he is a person who lies and to which the boy asks his mother that should all the traitors be hanged. His mother replies yes, they all must be hanged and the last question boy asks his mother is that who is the one to hang these traitors and his mother says, ‘An honest man’ and then boys jokingly says that in this world there is majority of traitors and if these traitors get along then they can hang all the honest men.
