A won't work because asking help from a stranger that you hardly know isn't the best choice.
B won't work because once again, asking for help from strangers on a blog isn't the best choice either.
C may work because since this person is a family friend, that means that this is a person who has known and spent time with your family.
D may work because if you trust a teacher well enough, you can ask the teacher for advice on your relationship.
Although.. I suppose it really depends for everybody. I have an Art and English teacher that I can trust well.
I think the best answer to go with is C, a family friend.
