This is in slope-intercept form.  Because of this, we know the slope is 5/2 and the intercept is 1.  To remind you, the y intercept is the point of the line where x is equal to 0.  Now, we know a point because we know the y intercept.

This point will be (0,1).  Because the slope is 5/2, the line will go up 5 points and 2 to the right.  So, the next point will be (5,3).  Another one will be (10,5).

Going the other way, there will be a point at (-5,-1), and (-10,-3).  In reality, you just need to mark two of the points and draw a line between them and continue it as far as you desire.  But, it is easy enough to figure out more points to check your line.  Let me know if you need any more help!
