A- It's LINEAR: every 2 other weeks, her savings increase by a CONSTANT amount of $12 (per 2 weeks) or $6/week
B- After the 2 first week she had $20 less the $12 (baby sitting for 2 weeks) =$8. This is the amount she saved prior to babysitting , then each week she added $6 (or $12 in 2 weeks)
If Y is the total amount of saving after a period of time T & $6 is the rate per week & she started with $8, then the equation becomes Y= 6 T +8, where T is the number of weeks
C- the slope is the coefficient of T that means 6
As for Y intercept or where the function intercepts the Y axis it happens for T=0 & in this case Y intercept = 8
Hope it's clear
