You need to list all of the possible outcomes. For example, Ham and Turkey, Ham and Lettuce, and so on. Make sure you list all of them. You will probably find that there is 42 in total. But, this is not an answer choice so what do you do? There will be doubles like when you say Ham and Turkey, you'll eventually say Turkey and Ham. But since you already listed the two, do not count Turkey and Ham. I hope this helps you!
