99500/65000=Ir^25/Ir^0

199/130=r^25

r=(199/130)^(1/25)  I am not going to approximate...

so

F=65000(199/130)^(1/25)^(2015-1975)

F=65000(199/130)^(1/25)^40

F=65000(199/130)^(1.6)

F=128460 (rounded to nearest whole person)
