The Full Faith and Credit Clause states that the legal documents of one state must be recognized by all other states. Think about how a Missouri license will be of legal use in Texas, and a Minnesota license will be accepted in Maine. I'm sure you get the idea. Therefore, I'd assume that a property title is recognized in all states.
