Would the interval be 3 and 0 and would the equation be set up like 3-ln(1-x) upper bound 3 and lower bound 0?

Yes that's right, the intervals would be 3 and 0, and 3-ln(1-x) upper bound 3 and lower bound 0. Exactly.
