For the last statement that is meant as a trick question as the paragraph above describes cold water sinking and warm water rising it says "Convection cells are set up with warm water moving along the surface to the poles and deep cold water flowing toward the equator." see the problem here this choice is too vague while the other two are exactly what was in the paragraph so the correct answers are Both the wind and solar energy influence ocean currents.' Warm water flows away from the equator toward the poles.'
