Specific heat capacity refers to how well a substance absorbs heat & lets it go
Conduction, Convection, and Radiation are all methods of transferring heat.
Conduction: According to google "The process by which heat or electricity is directly transmitted through a substance when there is a difference of temperature or of electrical potential between adjoining regions, without movement of the material."
Radiation: According to google "The emission of energy as electromagnetic waves or as moving subatomic particles, especially high-energy particles that cause ionization."
Convection: According to google "The movement caused within a fluid by the tendency of hotter and therefore less dense material to rise, and colder, denser material to sink under the influence of gravity, which consequently results in transfer of heat."
An example of Radiation: An example would be Sun giving radiation to the Earth and heating the Earth. And we measure it in temperature.
An example of Convection: When it rains the water can goes into lakes, rivers, and oceans. On the top of water it is warm and when you go towards more the bottom it is cold.
An example of conduction: The sun heats the Earth with Radiation. And it also targets certain colours like Black. (Because black obsorbes the most energy). And we can use a Black Parking Lot. The ground of the parking lot is extremely hot because of Conduction.
