Respuesta :
German scientists were concerned about Nazi restrictions on uranium sales because Uranium was used to make Atom Bomb.
Further Explanation:
To make an ‘Atomic Bomb’ Uranium is required. But when Nazi’s imposed restrictions on Sales of Uranium, The Germans got concerned because of two reasons. First this restriction hampered German dream to make Atomic bomb before America because during that time, World War -2 was going on and everyone knew that the country which will use Atomic Bomb first will win the war and war will be over then and there only. Secondly, they were concerned about growing interest of Americans in respect to Atom Bomb and feared that American’s could use that Atom Bomb against them (Germans). When German scientists discovered ‘Fission’ in year 1938, Everyone knew that Germany will be the first country to make Atomic Bomb as it was way ahead of the race but when Nazi’s imposed restrictions in respect to sale of Uranium, Germany fell way behind this race. When Americans got to know that Germans have discovered Fission, they set up a special operation unit in year 1943 whose work was to keep an eye on the working of Nazi Nuclear Scientists and even sometimes capturing their top scientists. The name of this secret mission was ‘Alsos-Mission’ and its nickname was ‘Lightning -A’ which consisted of scientists and counterintelligence troops.
