I think that genetic engineering is a good idea because it helps cure deseases that people cant cure, and could possibly cure cancer some day.

Well, genetic engineering can be a good idea, but I think it is dangerous. The reason why I believe this is because scientists bred killer bees and honeybees and created another dangerous bee thinking that they would be mellow. Genetic engineering can be very dangerous and eventually might even cause serious injury or even death.
