I'm sure that there is a short way to do this.....sorry but I don't know it. 

So, what you need to do is list the ice cream flavors (let's say strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate), the syrups (caramel, fudge and butterscotch) and the toppings (sprinkles and cherries).
Then find all the ways that you can combine them. With strawberry ice cream: strawberry, caramel, sprinkles;
strawberry, caramel, cherries;
strawberry, fudge, sprinkles;
strawberry, fudge, cherries;
strawberry, butterscotch, sprinkles;
strawberry, butterscotch, cherries. And do the same for the other two. Therefore, the total would be 18 combinations.
