"A" is the correct answer. By allowing them to air dry we are only allowing the air microbes to get into contact with the items. By using any other type of towels we may be using them as vehicles for microorganisms. Using a bathroom air dryer we are also potenciating a greater load of contact with air microorganisms and eventual residing microorganisms from the air dryer.
