In the constitution of every state, final authority rests with Supreme Court.

What is Constitution?

Constitution refers to the guiding principles, and it carries all the rules and regulations for the citizens of the nations. The rules and laws are to be followed by everyone in the country.

Supreme Court refers to the court which is highest among all other courts such as district court and high court. It gives the final verdict on the cases and serves the nation by providing them justice.

As the name suggest, Supreme court has the supreme powers and  is the most potent body to interpret our Constitution. Supreme Court of India holds the highest rank among courts, the final court to hear a request made under the Indian Constitution, and the right to judicial review.

Therefore, it can be concluded that  constitution of every state, final authority rests with Supreme Court.
