psoriasis is a skin disease that are often found on elbows, knees, legs, scalp, lower back, soles of your feet, palms, and face. This type of disease can be very hard to diagnose it can seem like another type of skin disease like eczema. 
I hope this helps it can be either of those two types of skin diseases .
