Man has inherent knowledge about his immediate needs . In rural areas,knowledge of farming,gardening,animal husbandry,poultry and fish farming is acquired from childhood .
Then rural folks take their families to their work place…the women of the house too join later when they take freshly cooked tiffins for lunch…
A nap and every one resumes his / her task …
Well no need for being literate… It doesn’t mean they are not ‘learned’ in its usual sense … but they do have sufficient knowledge of their trades… Those folks are simpler,have fewer needs ,don’t indulge in scheming ,keep away from bad and since they work with Earth -Flora & Fauna,are generally a happy lot !
The civic and metropolitan cultures are exactly opposite,… They think that they are educated hence they are clever and wiser
