Therefore, when a person is not be satisfied with his current job and decide to get a new job; such transition is known as fictional unemployment. It is often called natural unemployment or search unemployment. Fictional unemployment can even take place in stable economic.

However, economists are not bothered about fictional unemployment because it can’t be eradicated.
