There are 2 blue balls, 4 red balls, and 3 white balls in a bag of balls. if a person selects two of the balls, what is the probability that the second one is blue given that the first one was white?

2 +4 +3 = 9 total balls

 if they pick a white one first there would be 8 balls left

 there are 2 blue ones so probability would be 2/8 which reduces to 1/4
