(13/3) : (2/11) 
To divide 2 fraction, you multiply the first one by the 'invert of the second.
The 1st one is 13/3
The invert of  the 2nd (2/11) is 11/2
Now you multiply: (13/3)x(11/2) = 143/6 ≈ 23.83, so this operation
is closest to 24
