The second wave of civilization happened when humans have developed early technologies to increase their job efficiency. Even though it bring them one step closer to the society that we see today, the norms in this civilization still hasn't change that far from the first civilization

.▪States and empires expanded, growing in size,dwarfing in size the city-states of Mesopotamia andthe Egypt of the pharaohs.
▪The rise and fall of empires had a dramatic effect on large populations inasmuch as that civilizations dissolved
