Alright, so we have 3xy/24y to start out with. We can cross out the y and simplify 3/24 to 1/8, making it 1x/8 or x/8. For 6xy/28xy, we can cross out the x and the y, making it 6/28. From a quick glance, we can easily see that 6/28 =/ x/8
