As shown in the slide, some events that might cause stress are: the divorce of a parent, starting a new school, death of a family member, a breakup, or marriage of a sibling etc. For this assignment, I would like for you to think of a time where you have encountered stress. Moreover, I prioritized self-care activities like exercise, hobbies, and spending time with loved ones to maintain a healthy balance and reduce stress levels.
