for me personally I would say C. a video of polar bears stranded on ice.

this is because it provides a emotional visual that helps the audience connect with the real-world impact of melting glaciers. If I saw a distressed polar bear struggling on shrinking ice I would definitely become emotional and it would get more of a response out of me. It can also give a more urgent call then just charts and graphs.
