as this is a parallelogram c=e
so 9y=7y+28
9y-7y=28
2y=28
y=14

so e would be 7(14)+28
=98+28
=126.

 and as d + e =180, d=180-126
d=54

and as CF=DE
2x=x+5
2x-x=5
x=5

CF=2x
=2(5)
=10

and lastly CD=FE
CD=3x-4
CD=3(5)-4
=15-4
=11

FE=11

so the answers are:
FE=11
CF=10
d=54
e=126.

1st Length of CF, ED, CD, FE
Since it's a parallelogram opposite sides are equal. then:

CF = DE → 2x = x+5 . Solve for x; 2x-x = 5 and x =5.
So CF = DE = 10

2nd Length of CD, FE

CD = FE = 3x-4, but x = 5, then CD = FE = 3(5) - 4 = 11
So CD = FE = 11

3rd) In a parallelogram opposite angle are equal, then

∠C = ∠ E →  9y° = (7y-28)° → 9y = 7y-28 →9y-2y = 28 →2 y = 28 and y=14

if ∠ C = 9y then ∠C = ∠E = (9).(14) = 126°
