Answer: Creating more wind farms results in a reduction of fossil fuel use
Sustainable development is to make earth a better place for everyone, without destroying the possibilities for the next generations. There are many Eco systems that need to be in balance for us to live here, the climate system is one of them. This system ensures that the climate is correct and the atmosphere emits the right amount of solar energy. With the harmful greenhouses gases (such as Carbon dioxide) we clog the atmosphere, this changes the temperature of the earth that can affect our development
How we use energy is incredibly important. Oil and coal are samples of energy that we may run out of, using energy that renew themselves (wind farms) is good for the planet. Wind, water and sun are sustainable.
Answer: Creating more wind farms results in a reduction of fossil fuel use
Explanation: Sustainable development refers to the judicious use of resources in such a way that these resources can be used by both present and future generations. It also ensures that of finding alternatives of renewable resources like wind energy, tidal energy, and solar energy to replace the energy sources obtained from non-renewable resources like fossil fuels.
Creating more wind farms resulting in reduction of fossil fuel use is the correct option because wind is renewable resource and it's abundance is more than fossil fuel in nature. Therefore, the energy produced by wind can be utilized to generate electricity is better alternative than electricity or energy harnassed by least available fossil fuel.
Hence, wind resource can meet the energy requirements of both present and future generations therefore, the use of wind resource favors sustainable development.
