The volcanoes and earthquakes have massive destructive power, and they can easily ruin whole regions, which will be a big push factor for the people that have been affected and lost all or most of their possessions to look to migrate.
A vineyard or crop blight can have a devastating effect, both from economic perspective and from nutritional perspective. A good example is the well know Irish potato famine because of which millions of people died, starved, and migrated out of the country.
The excessive rent payments can be a push factor, because if the place of living is way to expensive and it is making it hard to survive, than the logical option is to move at a place where it is more affordable and a better life will be available.
