f(-3) = 2(-3)^3 + 4(-3)^2
f(-3) = 2(-27) + 4(9)
f(-3) = -54 + 36
f(-3) = -18

Plug in the -3 for x
F(-3)=2(-3)^3+4(-3)^2
F(-3)=2(-27)+4(9)
F(-3)=-54+36
F(-3)= -18
