So now the focus is to identify those persons who are a potential risk to public safety and those who are to be kept in jail and other jails who are holding people without any reason.

The bail payment is huge amount which has led to people to lose their jobs, housing and their families. The government can seize the property if it is related to any crime even if the owner has not been convicted of the crime.
