Comparison of Antisocial and borderline:
Cluster B (thus the main feature is emotional) includes anti-social, borderline, histrionic and narcissistic personalities, characterized by hyper-emotivity and impulsive behavior.
Antisocial personality disorder is a personality disorder characterized by a general tendency to be indifferent to social norms, emotions and / or the rights of others as well as impulsive behavior.
Formerly known as manic-depressive psychosis, bipolar disorders are part of mood disorders such as recurrent depression (or unipolar disorder).
Bipolar disease in its most typical form has two phases: the manic phase and the depressive phase.
With their sudden change of mood, bipolar people tend to be considered unsociable people.
BPD is frequently comorbid with antisocial, avoidant, histrionic, narcissistic personality and schizotypal. It is as if this disorder regroup the other three mentioned in the question.
