Kyle a used 10 cups of raisins to make 5 batches of oatmeal raisin cookies. How many cups of raisins are in 1 batch of cookies?Please explain and show you work please.

So you have 10 total cups and 5 batches. Assuming that the raisens are evenly distributed, you get 10/5, which is 2 raisin cups per batch

Because 10 cups are used to make 5 batches, you would need 2 cups to make 1 batch. To find this, I divided 10/5 to get 2. So, for 5 batches, you would do 2 x 5 to get 10 cups.
