Sneaky, sneaky ! I must say.

If the particle is to move with constant velocity then it doesn't matter what the velocity is, or what the particle's mass is. All that matters is that the NET force on it is zero.

==> So the two forces form a balanced pair.

==> So the second force is equal and opposite to the first one.

==> So the second force is (-2N)I + (6N)j.

Pretty sneaky.
