I believe the answer is Phonemes
Phonemes filled with a group of different sounds that the listerners would feel to have similar meanings.
Examples of phonemes would be the letter  p, b, d, and t  in   pad, pat, bad, and bat. within the English language.

Human languages are simply known as all form of language spoken by humans and they are made up of sounds.
