The description below is about a community in a poor country in need of certain basic necessities.a village has no running water and no electricity. they have farms that are watered by frequent rainstorms. with no electricity, they cannot use modern technology to improve their lives.one group thinks the village should install windmills to provide electricity. what is the biggest problem with this plan?

The village may not have money for windmills.

 One big problem would be the price of the product, because the technology used  (turbines, facilities etc) is very expenvive. But if they received financial help to build the windmills, the biggest problem would be the constant rainstorms, which could damage the equipment that usually works only in normal  weather conditions.
