Tyranny in Italy arose because of world war 1. When Italy was a part of the allies, they weren't given what they were promised after world war 1 and the huge dissatisfaction led to people being disappointing and turned to fascists as a cure for their problems. The consequences were that they entered world war 2 siding with Germany and eventually they surrendered which is when the German occupation of Italy began until the end of world war 2.
Tyranny in Japan arouse around the rising nationalistic sentiment. They wanted to enter the continent and invaded China and South East Asia. This caused many problems for the allies, especially after the pearl harbor attack. The consequences were that they were nuked which led to complete capitulation and occupation by the American forces who stayed there for a while.
