We know that  a dangling modifier is a word or phrase which is used to modify a word or term not clearly stated in any given sentence. So in this the last option is the dangling modifier. (Looking out the window, the sun was blazing in the sky.) Reading it as such, it would seem that the sun was looking out of the window, which we know is not the case!
