I believe this is true.
Those people with high self esteem lives a better life and a better relationship.
Because having a high self esteem gives us the confidence for ourselves and do not makes us insecure in any aspects.

That's why if you are in a relationship and you have a high self esteem, you will not fee insecure or jealous with anyone who's flirting with your partner because you have confidence that he/she loves you no matter what

I personally think that that this is true because having high self esteem is a good thing and it makes you believe in yourself which means that you won't let yourself down which leads you to live a more fulfilling and a happy life which also leads later in life to have better relationships which means that tou will always believe in yoirself and keep your relationship strong.
