Individuals are susceptible to some form of somatoform disorder if they suffer from the following: INSECURE ATTACHMENT DISORDER, NEUROTICISM AND HISTRONIC PERSONALITY DISORDER.
Somatoform disorder refers to a set of psychological disorders in which the affected individual experience symptoms which can not be totally explained by any medical condition, that is, the patient has physical symptoms which can not be explained medically. Somatoform disorders usually occur as a result of imbalance in psychological well being.
