We all use maps, whether they are atlases, street maps, or simple maps we draw for our friends. Describe a map you use regularly. Does it only help you find locations, or does it present other information as well? Maps refers to a visual representation of a geographical location identifying the topography, natural resources, climate, vegetation etc of the location.

  • I use street map regularly and it helps to find locations such as different houses on the street easily and also places of special interest such as amusement parks, zoo, restaurant, grocery stores, malls etc.

  • The map also helps to know the topography of my street. It shows slopy areas, areas with hills and plain areas.

In conclusion, a map helps me to identify and find places of special interest more easily.
