we know that
x+y=180-------> y=180--x ------> equation 1
y=4+3x------> equation 2

we equate equation 1 and equation 2
180-x=4+3x-----> 3x+x=180-4-------> 4x=176--------> x=44°
y=4+3x----> y=4+3*44-----> y=136°

the answer is
the smaller angle is 44° and the larger angle is 136°
