Section 10 grants more power to the federal government. States are not allowed to enter into treaties, and they cannot make agreements with other states or countries without the consent of Congress.

  • According to Article 1, Section 10 states are not allowed to act as an independent country.

  • According to Article 1, Section 10 states are not allowed to keep his own army or rage war.
