Masdar city is no doubt a remarkable city project. It is a city based on mostly, and only solar energy, and other renewable energy products. Masdar hosts the headquarters of the International Renewable Energy Agency.The city has been designed as a hub for cleantech companies. It was started in 2008, and the date of final completion is estimated for 2030. After completely finished, the city would be home to more than 45,000 people, and 1,000 businesses, particularly environmental friendly ones. I think it is an excellent city project.
