You are trying to cook a pot of soup on the stove. As you watch the pot you notice that the noodles inside begin to rise to the top from the bottom in a swirling motion. What kind of heat transfer is happening with your soup?

What is the relationship between kinetic energy of molecules in an object and the object's temperature?

Hey!

I can help you with the second one, as I didn't get first question.
What's the relationship between kinetic energy and object's temperature.

Well, Kinetic energy of particle's of an object increases with an increase in temperature and decrease with the decrease in temperature.

This is so because when you heat any object, molecules vibrate more and causes more movement and more movement leads to interaction with more molecules in less time and this increases movement of molecules and thus kinetic energy increases, and it's vice versa if temperature decreases.

Hope it helps...!!!
