Romeo because he is so young fell in love with Juliet at first sight because her beauty, older men typically fall in love with personality, this is very possible to fall in love at first sight simply over her beauty, later then at a party he grabbed her hand and kissed her twice. We must now remeber Juliet is only 13 so she has never been treated like this from a man before so it makes her fall in love.
