A coach want her team to have fun ,win some games and be a productive unit. What is the most important personality trait the coach should demonstrate to achieve her goals
Being supportive and encouraging are some traits that the coach should display if they hang to meet their goal. Also teaching the students to never give up is another trait that I would say that they should have. I hope this helped! :-)
