The seasons change according to the tilt of the earth on its axis; this is the number one reason. Another factor for our seasonal changes is the position of the sun and the earth. Hope this helped! :)

The two facts which are responsible for different seasons on earth include;

1. The strong temperature which are contrast to the cold air masses over land.

2. Warm air masses which are over ocean and leads to formation of extratropical cyclone.
